Metal In Your Pocket

Church Events at Impact Church are different than at most churches. At Impact we try and not plan any events. We would rather see what the community is already doing and use our resources to help out.

The Murrieta food pantry was doing a fund raiser to build up their stock pile of food and who ever calls the shots over there let some incredible moms put on a metal show. Impact Church got the call to bring the sound reinforcement and lighting. The creative team came up huge and served their guts out letting Murrieta know how much we love them…and metal.

Highlight of the evening was Oz Fox. Yes the Oz Fox from Stryper. Apparently he has a relationship with some families in our church and their band Fellguard. He ripped up a sweet set with Fellguard backing. He covered Sweet Child ‘O Mine and nailed it. As well as some Hendrix and MAIDEN!

A great time was had by all and a good cause was supported. Thanks to 15 North and Soul Missive for some incredible sets.
Me and Oz
Oz and Me. I’m so metal.
