Are You Prepared to Deal With Change?
I saw this video and I immediately thought about all of the beautiful pipe organs that sit unused in churches all over the world. I have been at a church that briefly talked about selling the organ. At the end of the day people were unable to understand that the organ was outdated and worth but a fraction of what was paid for it. So it sits unused.

The trick is knowing when to walk away from something that will soon be outdated, but it may be impossible to convince people to get rid of things while they still have value. It takes guts to act on that kind of vision

It’s clear that the guy is in love with his records and it does suck that things become ‘old hat’. I wish def leopard was still cool…but it’s not.
