More Leadership Stuff
I have been deconstructing leadership for the last couple of weeks here and there on the blog, nothing official or planned out, just some chatter.
I was reading a leadership book this week and I had a quick thought that I wanted to drop. It would seem that there is such an obsession with the idea and carrying out of leadership, that Christ can take a back seat.
I would like to think I am a leader because I have a spirituality that A) People want and B) that I can communicate to them.
