    Vince, awesome to read about the transition you're making. I made a similar transition about six months ago as I moved from the DFW area to Knoxville, TN. The job title was Communications Pastor, but once I moved, I realized that the ministry here was ripe for an internet campus, so we made it happen.

    Now, just a few weeks into this new ministry, it's my favorite part of what I get to do here on staff.

    I pray God's wisdom and strength for and your family as you make this transition.
