Is this spiritual warfare or is it just me?

If you’re in a leadership position in an aggressive and innovative church then this is one of those times of year where there might seem to be a lot of spiritual warfare…right? You’re probably planning an incredible teaching series or publicity campaign or whatever.

During these times, I hear a common story about how since we are doing something that stands to make some waves for the Kingdom we are subsequently being attacked by Satan.

I don’t have a problem with that idea.

But I do question it…if you know me, you know I question everything.

What are we saying when we claim that we are being attacked by Satan?

Last week my battery went dead. Was that an attack by Satan or did my battery simply go dead because it got to the age that batteries get to when they die?
