2 reasons to go to Verge
#1 :: It’s in Austin. Everyone needs a reason to come to Austin. It’s pretty much the coolest city in the country that you forgot about.
#2 :: Rudy’s. It may not be traditional Texas dry rub BBQ, but it rocks.
There is also a pretty killer line up of speakers at Verge like Francis Chan, Alan Hirsch and Gateway Church’s own John Burke.
Not to mention the fact that this conference comes at a pretty low cost relatively speaking.

I will always have a love for Austin…. and miss it. The closest real city that kept me sane after my ex beat me in Killen–Army pulled him out. My hubby today, daughter and I go back to visit the beauty–memories God saw me thru…and a city we’d love to live in one day. My parents childhood friend I see as Uncle Bill lives there… you all have trees around your freeways!!! Awesome!! Enjoy the beauty of God!!!

bad dates for me, but maybe next time I can make it, or maybe Vince and I should start our own conference and hold it at Rudy’s BBQ! We could call it “The World’s Worst Conference”
