New Dog | Lincoln

So we picked up a dog a few weeks ago. It’s a weimaraner.

Tami has always wanted one. It’s one of those things where if you know the breed you usually have some remarks about how crazy we are for getting one.

They are pretty much high energy and really intelligent game dogs. Which means they need to be challenged a lot or they go nuts and chew everything in your house. I expect him to become a fine tuned athlete.

You may recognize weimaraners from the photography of William Wegman.

A Thousand Words | Papalote

This photo practically took it self. The wagon was talking to me the entire time we were working that day. At just the right time it showed me its good side.

Mission trips tend to be an exercise in listening for me. I’m not the guy who rolls up his sleeves and works until he bleeds, although I can put it down correct when I need to. I love to soak up the culture and the people and see what happens…and look for photo opps.

Random Thoughts | Fantasy Football

I grew up a skateboarder during the depression of skateboarding that was the late 80′s and early 90′s. During that time skaters and jocks didn’t get along. So I came out of high school with a bad taste in my mouth towards everything football.

I have come to realize that the game itself is somewhat entertaining, but i still can’t stand the culture.

But I am always willing to give things a try again and again. This means i’m playing the fantasy football this year.

So I guess it’s fantasy football for me.
