On Being Edgy
Edgy. It seems to work. The American church has discovered edgy in the last 5 years and has run with it. Too far; I don’t know, depends who you ask.
You can’t really put a definition on edgy since it is a progression that keeps changing. The line keeps getting pushed.
Jesus was edgy, but in a whole different way and for different reasons.
Or was he?
Maybe Jesus seems edgy because we are so off base.
Maybe it seems edgy to actually love everyone because we don’t?
