Prince Will Melt Your Face Off
I love rock and roll. I love good guitar playing. In my world there are several types of guitar solos. First is the clean, perfect song serving solo; David Gilmour is hands down the best at these. Then there are the sloppy hard rocking solos that are full of feeling, Slash wins here. Then there is the super creative and unique guitar solos that the Tom Morello drops, and there are probably more.
But then there are the solos where the guitar players steps out on a stage full of super stars and completely destroys the venue, with face melting fretboard assaults and style for days complete with gritty stink-face bends and shredding speed. Time and time again Prince blows my mind with his solos.
