Heading to Church Tech Camp on Friday with Rich, Alex, Tony and probably a bunch of other really cool people that I can learn from. Sounds like it will be a really cool time. Maybe even productive.

I try hard to keep myself from being locked down to one computer to survive. That is to say that I am really mobile and need to be able to get a lot done under many conditions. Google docs and box.net have come up huge for me.
Let’s say you are at you parents for a holiday gathering and you don’t have your lappy, but you have your moms gateway. You need to get a graphic together for you blog. Man I wish I was sitting at my machine loaded with Adobe CS3 Master Collection.
In a pinch I have had some luck with Splash Up. It has saved me more than once. Go check it out. Even if you aren’t a graphics person it’s probably better than what ever garbage software came with your digital camera.
Ladies and gentlemen, I present to you www.HowAudio.com. You may have heard me talking about a massive project that I have been working on for the past 4+ months, well this is it.
How Audio is a video tutorial site for all things audio. Right now it is mostly studio type stuff, but more titles will be added weekly. We are working on a package for churches, so you can keep your creative team trained on the latest gear and software.

Just not how we thought they would. I have been licking my chops to see what Google would bring to mobile phones. Google maps for mobile has saved my butt several times. Especially when I’m in a strange part of LA and I need a Jamba Juice.
It looks like Google will not be making phones right off the bat, but they will be creating a new operating system for phone manufacturers to use. Since every software that is created by or bought by Google absolutely rocks I am stoked.
